CLUB

INDIVIDUAL

Club and Organizer Registration

BECOME A MEMBER CLUB OR EVENT ORGANIZER

Basic Participant Club Or Event Organizer Membership

$100.00/year

From date of official registration

Provides recognition for member club participation
Provides listing status as “Participant Member Club or Organizer”
Provides eligibility to registered individual members of member clubs to participate in events under their club banner
Provides use of WushuCanada online tools to track participant progress and achievements
Provides recognition to member club for the achievements of their registered members
Provides option for coaches of member club to enroll in the Canada West Wushu coach certification program
Provides mandatory liability coverage for participant clubs and their registered members ONLY during their participation in events
This Membership may be used by single event organizers to host courses and seminars
All participants of events hosted by organizers will be issued 1 yr REC Memberships
To host tournaments a FULL Club membership is required

Full Club Membership Or Tournament Host Membership

$500.00/year

From date of official registration

Provides Full Member Recognition for Clubs and their registered individual members
Provides exposure for member clubs in all club marketing initiatives
Provides listing status as “Full Member Club” along with logo placement and description of club details
Provides eligibility to registered individual members of Member Clubs to participate in events
Provides recognition to Member Clubs for the achievements of their registered members
Provides access to enrollment of coaches of Member Clubs to the coach certification program
Provides online support and WushuCanada online tools to keep track of member progress and achievements
Provides liability coverage for Member Clubs and their registered members during their participation in events
Provides liability coverage for Member Clubs and all its’ members during the regular operations of club activities
Provides enrollment of Member Clubs in the Club Insurance Program
Provides Member Clubs with custom upgrade options for content insurance with insurance provider
Provides Member Clubs and their Individual Members with access to subsidies and support programs, such as uniforms, travel and accomodations
Provides Member Clubs or Organizers option to host sanctioned events as a “Tournament Host
Provides Payment Gateway and Registration System for Clubs to use for events and payment
All participants of events hosted by organizers will be issued 1 yr REC Memberships
Additional Event Sanctioning Fees and Hosting requirements apply-See your individual PSO Sanctioning Policies
Provides Member Clubs access to utilize event and clinic subsidies to host events at their venue
Provides access to utilize "Partner" Rates with Uplifter Management Software

Recreational Athlete

Basic membership fee applied is $20.00 once you register for your first event with WushuCanada
THIS MEMBERSHIP WILL BE ISSUED AUTOMATICALLY upon event registration
No additional fee will be applied if you are a current Recreational member
Membership registration required to participate in any WushuCanada affiliated events or programs
Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of event or application
You may choose to subscribe as a member first and register for you events at a later date if you choose

Eligibility to participate in WushuCanada affiliated events or training programs during membership period
Participant liability insurance coverage for during events

High Performance Athlete

Basic membership fee applied is $50.00 once you register for your first event with WushuCanada
THIS MEMBERSHIP WILL BE ISSUED AUTOMATICALLY upon event registration
No additional fee will be applied if you are a current High Performance member
You may choose to subscribe as a HP Athlete member first and the register for events at a later date
Membership registration required to participate in any WushuCanada affiliated High Performance events or programs
Membership is valid for 1 year from registration date
Membership benefits include
Eligibility to participate in WushuCanada affiliated High Performance events
Access to quality event production, staffing and officiating
Participant liability insurance coverage during all National training and competition events
Participant liability and mandatory life insurance coverage during all International training and competition events attended on behalf of WushuCanada
Access to competition related incentives and support if athlete is registered through a WushuCanada Full Member Club

Participant liability insurance coverage for during events within Canada

High Performance Coach

Basic membership fee applied is $60.00
Membership registration required to participate in any WushuCanada affiliated High Performance events or programs
Membership is valid for 1 year from registration date
Membership benefits include:
Eligibility to participate in WushuCanada affiliated International programs and events
Access to coach travel subsidy programs for international events
Participant liability insurance coverage during all National and International training and competition events
Participant liability and mandatory life insurance coverage during all International training and competition events attended on behalf of WushuCanada
Access to competition related incentives and support if coach is registered through a WushuCanada Full Member Club

Officiating

Become An Official/Judge

Official/Judge Membership - Class C

Official/Judge Class C membership is FREE of charge
Membership registration required to participate in any WushuCanada affiliated events or programs
Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of event or application
This membership is the first step in familiarizing yourself with WushuCanada events in officiating
This is membership requires participants to volunteering in a minimum of 2 events per year to maintain status
Members should aim to upgrade upon attaining certification and upper echelon status as an official or judge
No honorariums are provided with this membership
Membership benefits include:
Eligibility to participate in WushuCanada affiliated Class C courses or training programs during membership period held within Canada
Access to Class C courses and participation in Class C officiating capacities
Official/Judge liability insurance coverage for during events within Canada

Official/Judge Membership Class A/B

Official/Judge Class A/B membership fee applied is $50.00
Membership registration required to participate in any WushuCanada affiliated High Performance events or programs
Membership is valid for 1 year from registration date
Membership benefits include:
Eligibility to participate in WushuCanada affiliated International programs and events
Access to official/judge travel subsidy programs for international events
Participant liability insurance coverage during all National and International training and competition events
Participant liability insurance coverage during all National and International training and competition events
Access to competition related incentives and support
Honorariums and travel subsidies are provided for certified officials and judges when called for duty

Lifetime General Membership to WushuCanada is a the highest supporting role an enthusiast can partake
Membership is valid for the lifetime of the member from the date of event or application and entails a $400.00 commitment
This membership is eligible for committed athletes, coaches, directors who wish to show their commitment to WushuCanada
Parents and friends can also show their support for athletes through the lifetime general membership
Access all events, programs, competition, courses and priority lists for WushuCanada observer and delegation events
Stay informed with the lates developments of Wushu
Recieve special rates and opportunities on events and programs
Access priority invitations to join Team Canada delegations at multi-sport and international events

Lifetime Honorary Membership to WushuCanada is special status for seniors 65 years and over and entails a $10.00 fee
Membership is valid for the lifetime of the member and begins from the date of event or application

Required for all supporters who travel and join in with athletes for WushuCanada events
